I highly recommend Tom Scott Honda. We recently purchased our new Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid from Tom Scott Honda, This is the second vehicle we've purchased there. All of the employees we've had contact with in each department were excellent. They are top notch in my opinion as they are all very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Brandon, specifically stands out as I never felt any pressure to buy. We put down a deposit on the vehicle and he kept us informed every step of the way. He made the process easy, fun and without stress. He even answered all of my silly questions without hesitation. We felt like family.
I purchased my '24 CRV Hybrid here with Manny. Manny was amazing. Low pressure sales, fast communication (Even on his days off) and just a nice guy. I asked about no front bumper bracket to be installed along with the dealership tail gate logo and he took care of it when other dealerships wouldn't. Its the tiny things that matter. Even when my car was damaged in transit and they had to order another one he made sure his manager was involved right away. Clear expectations were set and the car still came in 2 weeks before scheduled. When the car came in I was in and out in less than an hour and half.
This is the 5th Honda our family has bought here and I would highly recommend talking to Manny, Chad and the Tom Scott team. They do great work and don't pressure you at all.
I had such a great experience here with Adam. He went out of his way to get me the best deal and even after purchasing the car he went out of his way to get me an extra $500 off. He was very nice, personable, was not pushy, and had all of the right answers. Tom Scott as a whole took great care of me, but Adam is the reason I would come back. Brandon Johnson at Tom Scott Honda is THE BEST!!! We bought a van back in 2013 from there (they have always been the better dealership in the valley honestly) and went by tonight to see the new Pilots. Brandon is educational, helpful and not pushy AT ALL. One of the best car buying experiences we’ve had (and with four kids all driving I’ve had quite a few lately). Would recommend him to ANYONE looking at Hondas!!!

Good dealership never had any issues have only really had to deal with the service side but there sales side seems very friendly and supportive as well. Clean store and friendly staff would recommend my little brother bought a car here and it was a great car never had any problems.
I've been taken my wife's Honda Pilot here for regular service the last couple of years and have had nothing but great experiences each time. Any work that has needed to be done was fully covered under warranty, (I guess we also have gotten lucky as well!).
The service reps have always been great to deal with!
